Arrays
In math we have been learning the foundations for multiplication by learning about arrays. We have also been learning skip counting songs to help us. Ask your child to sing the skip counting songs. Music is so wonderful to help them remember. I have had third and fourth grade students come back and tell me how much the songs have helped them. Want to know something crazy? Mrs. Hesemann's husband was in my class and he still remembers the songs and have told me how helpful they were!!!! (Just remember I was extremely young when I started teaching!)
