This tower is located in Italy.  It was built in 3 stages, taking over 199 years.  The building was started in 1173.  As they were building the second floor of this tower, they noticed that the foundation was sinking on one side.  So starting on the second floor the engineers built floors with one side taller than the other.  On the seventh floor are seven bells, one for each note of the musical scale.
