A biologist, Rupert Sheldrake, has an idea.  He thinks that we should set up a special number to call if you notice strange behavior in your animals.  A computer would then analyze the messages to find out what part of the country the calls came from.  A high amount of calls from a certain area might show that a quake might be coming.  Of course they would also use information from other sources to confirm this idea.  Sounds promising!
